Innovative Wellness Initiative Award

• Name of the wellness initiative.
• Purpose & objective of the wellness initiative.
• No. of employees participated and benefits obtained by each of them.
• Duration of the initiative and the amount invested for each employee.
• Innovative aspects of the initiative - its type, new idea or inspired from another organization and tailored to needs.
• How does the employee or organization benefit in terms of productivity, employee engagement, absenteeism, attrition, etc?
• The department or the team that paved the way for the wellness initiative.
• The plans for continuation of the initiative in the future.
* The Decision of the jury shall be final and binding

Dr. PVR Murthy Award for Holistic Wellness

• The strategy and the objective of the initiative.
• The no. of wellness programs under the initiative.
• The dimensions addressed - physical, mental, financial, emotional, etc.
• The target group focused - women, Gen X, Gen Y, sales team, etc.
• No. of employees targeted, participated, and benefitted.
• Month & year of launch of the program.
• The benefits to the organization.
• Total investment in wellness in the previous financial year and the amount spent on each employee (To be stated in INR)
• Changes in the wellness program's investment levels - increased, decreased or remained the same in the last three years. (To be indicated in 1%)
• A description of the top 3 flagship wellness programs with their objectives, target groups, benefits & beneficiaries, duration, cost per employee, impact on the employee and the organization)
• Innovative aspects of the initiative - a new idea or inspired one, the use of AI or any other technology.
* The Decision of the jury shall be final and binding

Extra Miler Award

• The name, purpose, and objective of the wellness initiative.
• Was it an individual or a team accomplishment?
• Name of the employee/ individual with job title.
• Name of the initiative’s lead and job title, if accomplished as a team.
• A brief description of the efforts taken by the individual or the team.
• The impact created - no. of people targeted and no. of people impacted.
• The support provided by the organization.
• The plans for continuation of the initiative in the future.
• Innovative aspects of the initiative - a new idea or inspired one, the use of AI or any other technology.
